Amuse-Bouche
A tiny bite to spark the appetite.
Poured with a THC-infused welcome cocktail.

Seared diver scallop, or grilled sweet potato. Wasabi, chives, kewpie, nori threads and tamari, served in ceramic spoons.

Tapas de España
Chorizo and manchego, or a plant-based table. A little fire before the smoke.
Poured with a THC hibiscus-citrus sparkler.

Hemp-flower smoked shrimp and grits, or smoked tofu and grits. Smoked tableside under a dome, polenta, mushroom oil.

Velvet pumpkin, or a cashew-cream vegan pour.

Pan-seared steelhead trout, or roasted wild mushroom and leeks. Potatoes, herb oil.
