Marcy's travels gave her a taste for the finer, headier things. Her THC-infused finishing oils were born from a life of intoxicating escapades, soirées and affairs, each one made to romanticize your palate as you are swept away on the journey.

The hand behind Marcy
Marcy is the character. Dawn is real.
Chef Dawn Drouillard is a Grand Marais born chef and entrepreneur who spent twenty-two years running Fabulous Catering across the Twin Cities. Marcy's infused oils grew out of Dawn's own clean-eating, sugar-free life: the search for a way to feel good and still feel something.
Today she also works in Indigenous food sovereignty with The Modern Indigenous. She is the mad elixir mixer behind every Marcy Green table, and she brought the whole family, the candles, the oils, and the dinners, to The Don Lemon Show.
